Traditionally, by the time I've made it through all of the turkey and stuffing, I barely have room left on Thanksgiving for dessert. I consider this to be a great tragedy, because let's be honest -- I'm a whore for desserts, especially baked goods. Here are three pumpkin dessert recipes that I'm itching to try out this weekend -- after I've come out of my inevitable Thanksgiving food coma, of course:
